Want to Report an Offense?
ALX prides itself on being an inclusive environment where all stakeholders (staff, learners, supporters) feel respected and heard.
If you have witnessed or been a victim of an offense that violates our community code of conduct, please let us know below:
Selection Process
You can report either of the following violations of our code of conduct on the offense form;
- Misuse - Claim of representing the organization in another capacity than that of a student or Fellow. This is limited to instances where no reputational damage is incurred by ALI.
- Mild offense - This includes; i) The use of abusive language. ii) Engaging in activities online or in the city hub spaces that disturb its activities. iii) Failure to comply with the regulations concerning the right usage of the organization logo and branding for goals that do not pertain or align with organizational direction.
- Severe offense - The violations include; i) Copyright violation of program content. ii) Damage to the physical integrity of City Hubs premises. iii) Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other characteristic. iv) Harassment. v) Cheating and plagiarism. vi) Claim of representing the organization in another capacity than that of a student with the aggravating circumstance of upholding discriminatory or criminal behaviors.
